Gorgeous Minka Kelly went from Derek ?gift basket? Jeter to Wilmer ?f*k and tell? Valderrama. It?s a step way, way down from a professional baseball player to the dude who plays Handy Manny and has a penchant for barely legal Disney stars. Minka seems to know this, because she?s unofficially denying the hookup to JustJared. It?s not directly from her rep, because that would probably be too embarrassing to acknowledge. There?s plenty of evidence that these two are hooking up. People ran a story that they were all over each other at a club in LA last week and they were just photographed together at the airport in Sydney, Australia. So they?ve progressed to full-on traveling companions, but still Minka doesn?t want us to think they?re anything more than friends.

While there has been much speculation that the two are dating, there is no truth to this rumor!

Sources exclusively tell JustJared.com that they are ?definitely not a couple.? They just have a lot of mutual friends and hang in the same social circles.

Minka was last romantically linked to New York Yankees player Derek Jeter, while Wilmer recently dated Demi Lovato.

Well at least Minka knows intellectually that it?s supremely stupid to date Wilmer, so much so that she?s denying it. She?s still sleeping with the idjit, though, and traveling with him. What is it about douches like that? All Minka needs to do is google to read about the way this guy has bragged about his conquests, and how he?s racked up countless more since. What kind of lines is Wilmer feeding Minka for her to fall for it? I just don?t see his appeal at all.

Minka is in Sydney with other friends too, though. In some of these photos, taken today, she?s shopping in Sydney with Ashlee Simpson. I still don?t buy that she?s not getting with Wilmer.

Kids' Choice Awards 2012: 5 Things We're Dying To See

Katy Perry and One Direction's performances, Will Smith's hosting skills and more have us pumped for Saturday night.

This year's Kids' Choice Awards are going to be as action-packed as ever, with Will Smith as host, two killer performers lined up and a slew of celebrities expected to be in attendance.

Here are the five things we're looking forward to during the live show at 8 p.m. Saturday:

Katy Perry's Performance
Perry is not only one of this year's top nominees, but the "Teenage Dream" singer will also take the stage at USC's Galen Center to present and perform. So what song will she sing? What will she wear? Will her hair still be blue? One of Perry's biggest hits, "Firework," is up for Favorite Song. She is also nominated for Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Voice in an Animated Movie for her role in "The Smurfs."

A Host With Big Willie Style
Nickelodeon hit the jackpot of high-profile celeb hosts in landing Will Smith for their master of ceremonies this year. Although he's one of the biggest stars around, it's been awhile since we've seen the former Fresh Prince. We've seen a lot of his son Jaden and daughter Willow, who are becoming big stars in their own right, but we are psyched to see what Smith has planned as host. Will he be joined onstage by his kids? Will he incorporate a few of his famous friends into the act, like Tom Cruise? Will we get a sneak peek at new footage from the upcoming "Men in Black III"? We'll have to wait and see.

One Direction Break Hearts Stateside
The cute and charming lads of "it" boy band One Direction will no doubt bring the house down with whatever they perform on the show. A word of advice to the lucky folks attending the show: Think about bringing earplugs to protect yourself from the enthusiastic, high-pitched screams that will take over the Galen Center the instant the British pop group takes the stage. And they're not taking the opportunity lightly. "Kids' Choice is the biggest night on Nickelodeon," Niall Horan told MTV News about the magnitude of their appearance on the show. "All the big stars are going to be there, and when we found out it was just us and Katy Perry performing, we were like, 'Geez, this is a big deal.' "

An Appearance By a First Lady
Talk about upping the style and class factor! The fact that the very well-respected FLOTUS will be on hand to present Taylor Swift with an award is a really big deal. Michelle Obama will honor Swift with the Big Help Award, in recognition of her philanthropic efforts, including work with U.S. tornado and flood survivors. Obama herself was the recipient of the award in 2010, in recognition of her Let's Move! Campaign, which champions healthier lifestyles for kids. And, as if that weren't enough to establish her Nick cred, earlier this year, Obama also appeared on a special episode of "iCarly" to promote her Joining Forces initiative to support military families.

Who Will Get Slimed?
On to the most intriguing and entertaining part of the annual awards show: Who will get slimed? Despite the sticky, icky and total-mess factor that is involved with being covered from head to toe in the network's trademark green slime, it is considered an honor to get hit with the goo, which is said to be a mixture of green Jell-O, shampoo, oatmeal and flour. The illustrious list of previously slimed celebs includes: Katy Perry, Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Justin Timberlake, the Jonas Brothers, Jackson Rathbone and Russell Brand. So who's going down this year? Traditionally, the host is a prime target toward the end of the show, so we can probably count on seeing Smith covered in green, but who else? Maybe Perry or one of the presenters — Chris Rock, Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Zac Efron, Victoria Justice, Big Time Rush or Cee Lo Green.

Black Eyed Peas mastermind teases a collabo with the pop princess on #willpower, set for 2012 release.

In a sea of A-list contributions for will.i.am's forthcoming solo album, the Black Eyed Peas mastermind recently dropped one name that will really get pop fans excited. Speaking with <a href="http://www.capitalfm.com/artists/william/news/britney-spears-alicia-keys-new-album/" target="_blank">Capital FM</a>, will teased that his Femme Fatale collaborator Britney Spears will make an appearance on the album, dubbed #willpower. <div class="player-placeholder right" title="Britney Hits The Studio With will.i.am" id="vid:638813" width="240" height="211"></div> "I have a song with Alicia Keys — me, Alicia and Swedish House Mafia. I have a song with the Beats, which is pretty grand. Me and Shakira have been trying to finish the stuff we started, and me and Britney is really crazy," he said. "So we got a song with me, LMFAO and Eva Simons, a song with me and Busta Rhymes and Swizz Beatz — I got a whole other bunch of collaborations." Spears and will.i.am last worked together on "Big Fat Bass," a spacey, grinding party tune complete with clapping noises and some rapping from will himself. Their recording session was featured on the MTV special <a href="/news/articles/1660830/britney-spears-femme-fatale-previews.jhtml">"I Am the Femme Fatale."</a> There's been no word yet from will's camp about the song and whether this is a new track or if he will be including "Big Fat Bass" on the album. The rapper/producer's love for Brit is hardly anything new: He <a href="/news/articles/1662289/britney-spears-will-i-am-big-fat-bass.jhtml">gushed to MTV News about the pop princess</a> months after they recorded together. "[I discovered] her love for music. I never seen anyone, like, come alive, full of excitement and giggling and laughing behind the mic," will recalled to MTV News. "She was like a little kid when she was recording the song, and it just brought the whole atmosphere, it changed the whole atmosphere when someone really loves music. So it was great working with her." His latest single, "T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)," featuring Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger, dropped late last year. #willpower, which also features "X Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger, will be released later this year. Whitney Houston And Michael Jackson's Deaths: Gone Too Soon

Few people will forget where they were when they heard that the King of Pop, <a href="/news/articles/1614744/michael-jackson-dies-at-50.jhtml">Michael Jackson, had died</a> in June 2009. And now, the same can be said for 1980s and '90s <a href="/news/articles/1679029/whitney-houston-dead.jhtml">Queen of Pop Whitney Houston</a>. <div class="player-placeholder right" title="Celebrities React To Whitney Houston's Passing" id="vid:733106.id:1679030" width="240" height="211"></div> The beloved, long-suffering singer died Saturday inside a Beverly Hills hotel room, hours before she was expected to attend a <a href="/news/articles/1679046/whitney-houston-dies-grammys-clive-davis.jhtml">pre-Grammy Awards party thrown by her longtime mentor Clive Davis</a>. And while the official cause of death is yet unknown — what's been speculated so far is that <a href="/news/articles/1679049/whitney-houston-dies-details.jhtml">Houston may have drowned</a> in the bathtub after taking prescription drugs, including Xanax — given her very public struggle with substance abuse, depression and anxiety over the past decade, it's hard not to conclude that some drug- or alcohol-related accident may have been to blame. It's much like, most recently, British singer Amy Winehouse and the late, great Michael Jackson before her, who died after taking a fatal cocktail of propofol and two other drugs. Also like Jackson, Houston's sudden death — at the age of 48 — has stopped the world in its tracks, an enormous, one-of-a-kind musical flame forever extinguished. Even Jackson's brother, Jermaine — who was first introduced to Houston years ago by Clive Davis at the same Beverly Hills Hilton where the singer passed away — could not help but draw the comparison. In an interview with CNN overnight, he paid tribute to the two fallen musical giants. "They shared a lot of success in the late '80s and they were great friends," he said. "I'm happy and honored to have been a part of their lives." And oh, what lives they led: Like Jackson — who died at just 50 years old, after years of struggling with personal demons — Houston, too, had an intensely profound and everlasting impact on the world of entertainment. Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson and countless other chart-topping entertainers have all name-checked her as their musical mentor, icon and inspiration: To date, she is one of the best-selling artists of all time, with more than 170 million albums, songs and videos sold. In her lifetime, Houston achieved what precious few of them have or ever will — stacking an astonishing 415 awards, including six Grammys, two Emmys, 22 American Music Awards, 30 Billboard Awards. Her voice, in its prime, was a national treasure. "X Factor" mastermind Simon Cowell may have summed it up the best: On "Piers Morgan Tonight," he said, "She was one of the greatest voices in our lifetime. Whitney was the number one singer that other singers want to emulate. People like that can't be manufactured. They've either got, it or they don't." Lindsay Lohan just landed another gig. According to Billboard, La Lohan will be playing herself on FOX?s hit show Glee. She?ll be guest starring as a celebrity judge at Nationals in one of the season?s final episodes. Who knows, maybe she?ll also perform. Details below.

This news may come as a shock to those of us who watch Glee because the show has had its fair share of Lohan jokes. One joke in particular is when Gwyneth Paltrow quizzed her Spanish class on the many times Lohan had been to rehab. Dina Lohan, Lindsay?s mom, criticized the show?s producers for a scene where Katie Couric told Sue Sylvester that she had to beat Lohan?s mother and their dog to get on the top of the list of the biggest losers in the world.

But that?s all been swept under the rug now. A rep for Lohan says that she loves the show and is excited to join such an ?incredibly talented? cast. Though those just might be the rep?s words and not hers.

Still, it would have been interesting to see Lohan play a high school student, like a rival cheerleader from another school or something.

Peter Facinelli files for divorce, Jennie Garth says he wanted out last year

Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth only announced their separation a few weeks ago, but it really does look like there?s no hope of turning back now ? Peter just filed for divorce from Jennie. From all of the tabloid and legit reporting that?s being done on this split, it really seems like Peter wanted out of the marriage for a while, and that Peter and Jennie had a definite plan for how this separation and divorce would go:

It was only a matter of time ? but Peter Facinelli has finally filed divorce papers in an effort to end his marriage to Jennie Garth. According to the docs, filed moments ago at L.A. County Superior Court, Facinelli cites ?irreconcilable differences? for the split. Facinelli also wants joint physical and legal custody for their 3 minor daughters.

Interesting timing ? considering the two were spotted out shopping together in L.A. just this weekend.

In the docs, filed by Facinelli?s attorney Terry Levich Ross, the actor notes the date of separation is January 1, 2012. The couple was married in 2001.

Garth?s lawyer, Melanie Mandles, simultaneously filed a response to the divorce petition ? in which she requests to have her name legally changed from Jennifer Facinelli back to Jennifer Garth.

Garth also checked the boxes for joint physical and legal custody of their children. According to the docs, both Peter and Jennie have agreed to pay for legal fees.

The couple announced the split earlier this month in a joint statement that said, ?While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children.?

Incidentally (or maybe not), Jennie has an exclusive interview in this week?s People Magazine. She pretty much says that Peter wanted a divorce last year, and it took her a while to come to terms with that.

When Peter Facinelli told Jennie Garth last fall that he wanted a divorce, she at first refused to give in.

?I was very resistant,? she tells PEOPLE in an exclusive new interview. ?I didn?t want it to happen. It took me some time to come to peace with it.?

The couple, who wed in 2001, always had what looked like a storybook marriage. Parents to daughters Luca, 14, Lola, 9 and Fiona, 5, they dubbed themselves the Facinelli Five and reveled in family traditions that included camping in an RV, family movie nights and bingo tournaments. But over the past two years, as Facinelli?s career was taking off (he plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight series and is a regular on Showtime?s Nurse Jackie), the couple began spending more time apart.

In 2010, Garth, 39, and their daughters moved to the family?s Santa Ynez Valley, Calif., ranch house, while Facinelli, 38, commuted from Vancouver and New York City.

?He would do everything he could to fly back every weekend,? says Garth. ?[But] it took a real toll on our marriage.?

Since then, ?I?ve gone through my darkest parts and I?m coming out of it,? says Garth, whose new CMT reality show, Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country, premieres on April 20. ?I?m okay. I don?t know what the future holds, but then I?ve never been a planner. And maybe that?s a good thing.?

I think it?s interesting that most people think that Peter was screwing around, but that Jennie still isn?t saying anything bad about him. Or is she? When she tells People Magazine that he wanted out a long time ago, is she giving us a wink and a nudge? At this point, I do think she?s come to terms with whatever went down, and she?s not about to throw the father of her children under the bus. It?s sad.

It looks like South Florida?s favorite Spring Breakers were in for a little bit of fun on the set yesterday. After shooting scenes on a bus and at the beach, co-stars Ashley Benson, Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens finally got to film with James Franco on Tuesday afternoon.

While the girls donned their signature Spring Break apparel, James sported a floral shirt, black shorts and an interesting new hairstyle: corn rows.

Jon Stewart Compares 'Daily Show' to Fox News: 'We're Both Expressions of Dissatisfaction'

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Jon Stewart talks about his disappointment in Obama, political satire in the post-Bush era and how the 24/7 media is corroding the national debate. "[The 24-hour networks] are now the absolute most powerful force driving the political narrative," he says. "And the picture that they create is one of conflict, because they're on for 24 hours a day, so they have to create a compelling reason for you to watch them. Otherwise, they're just Muzak - newzak."

Other highlights from the story:

? Stewart says that the Daily Show has a lot in common with Fox News. "We are both reactions to the news and to government," he says. "We're both expressions of dissatisfaction. [Roger Ailes'], I think, happens to be a slightly more powerful version [laughs.] . . . . Ailes was a strategist for Nixon. He comes from the seat of power, and he understands how important the narrative is. We come from comedy, so our natural instinct is not to understand that, and to be bratty. That goes a long way towards explaining the difference between the two organizations."

? Obama has been a disappointment to Stewart. "He ran on this idea that the system and the methodology are corrupt," he says. "It felt like the country was upset enough that he had the momentum needed to re-evaluate how business is done. Instead, when he got elected, he acted as though the system is so entrenched that it has to be managed rather than - I don't want to say decimated, because I'm not an anarchist or a nihilist. But I'm surprised at how much he deferred to the legislative process."

? Bruce Springsteen remains one of Stewart's heroes. "When I listened to his music I didn't feel like a loser," he says. "I felt like a character in an epic poem about losers...Plus, you would go see his show and he would blow your fucking mind for four hours. At a certain point, you'd want to go up onstage and be like, 'Guys! It's OK. I got my money's worth, like, two and a half hours ago. Save yourself! I don't want you to burn out,. You're giving too much! We do not deserve what you've done here tonight! A lot of us are jackasses!"

'Bully' Will Be Released Unrated

Weinstein Co. is releasing the documentary on bullying unrated in a protest against an R.

Actors, singers, politicians, educators and high school kids have been protesting the R rating given to the anti-bullying documentary "Bully," but the ratings board would not budge. So, instead of folding, frequently outspoken Weinstein Co. co-founder Harvey Weinstein has decided to release the film unrated.

"The small amount of language in the film that's responsible for the R rating is there because it's real," director Lee Hirsch said of the multiple f-bombs that landed the film its restricted rating, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "It's what the children who are victims of bullying face on most days. All of our supporters see that, and we're grateful for the support we've received across the board. I know the kids will come, so it's up to the theaters to let them in."

The film depicts the painful results of school bullying and follows several families who've been impacted by bullying. But because it was given an R rating, it cannot be screened in middle and high schools.

Weinstein began a public appeal of the rating last month, making the case that it would freeze out the very teens and others under 18 who most need to hear its powerful message.

The rating war inspired 17-year-old Katy Butler to start a viral petition to get the decision changed. Not only did her movement win her a GLAAD Media Award  over the weekend, but it also drew nearly 500,000 signatures and support from the likes of Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Johnny Depp and Ellen DeGeneres.

Though unrated films are often shut out of many theater chains out of respect for the ratings board, the CEO of the AMC chain, Gerry Lopez, said he will allow certain theaters in his circuit to screen the movie. "Bully" opens on March 30 in New York and Los Angeles. The movie has gotten another unlikely partner in the form of computing giant Microsoft. According to the Los Angeles Times, Microsoft has agreed to use its Bing search engine to promote "Bully" with a TV and social media ad campaign.

Today, 9 months later, Pottermore is finally offering the Harry Potter books for sale in e-book format ? but is anyone still planning to buy?

Honestly, I feel like this is many years too late. But Bieber was the headline act of the night, giving fans some big performances and an even bigger video premiere. Bieber amped up the energy with his hip-hop-ified take on the Christmas classic <a href="/news/articles/1673334/justin-bieber-mariah-carey-christmas-song.jhtml">"Little Drummer Boy,"</a> which included him spitting a holiday-themed rhyme. Decked in all black, the teen star had the crowd screaming. He was even joined by Busta Rhymes, who appears on the Under the Mistletoe cut. In between performance shots of Bieber and Mariah, a street-corner Santa Claus hands out envelopes to shoppers on the street, teasing an inevitable yuletide party scene. The shoppers are then welcomed into the department store, where Justin and Mariah hand out gifts to everyone. The duo tease and flirt with each other as everyone around them unwraps their gifts. Bieber and Carey re-recorded her classic holiday tune for his chart-topping holiday album, which also features appearances from the Band Perry and Boyz II Men. Gene Simmons also took some time out of the interview to express his dislike for fake singers, specifically Rihanna. Uh oh, we sense a Twitter war is coming.
Both KISS and Motley Crue are very excited to be co-headlining ?The Tour?. Motley Crue?s Vince Neil told Billboard that KISS are the ?baddest band in the f***ing world?. Their first tour was with KISS in 1982.

Simmons had a lot to say about pop acts who are invading stadiums once filled by rock stars.

?We?re sick and tired of girls getting up there with dancers and karaoke tapes in back of them,? Simmons said. ?No fake bullshit. Leave that to the Rihanna, Shmianna and anyone who ends their name with an ?A.??

Motley Crue?s Tommy Lee seconded Simmons? opinions, expressing his frustration with the low quality of performances he sees.

?No disrespect to Rihanna, she?s a great singer, but we?re in a slump for some s**t that has some personality and appeal beyond a bunch of pop stuff that?s floating around out there?I?m glad he said that actually because I don?t think I can bear watching another f**king award show that is just a little bit better than ?American Idol.? It?s f**king pathetic to watch people go out and f**king karaoke with a bunch of lights and video. It?s all completely watered down.?
