Each of these famous fashionistas collaborated with celeb-favorite shoe designer Stuart Weitzman to co-design a shoe ? and all proceeds (that's right, every cent!) of said shoe goes to Dr. Marsha Moses' pioneering research in the fight against ovarian cancer at the Folkman Institute in Boston.
