Sad news coming from the Carter family today, Nick and Aaron?s sister Leslie has died at the age of 25.
The younger sister of Nick and Aaron reportedly died on Tuesday in upstate New York. As of now there have not been a whole lot of details surrounding the death of the blonde beauty, including what caused her to pass away at such a young age. Leslie?s family released this statement regarding her death.
Our family is grieving right now and it?s a private matter. We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter, and granddaughter, Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time.
Although most of you probably only know her because of her famous siblings, she did appear on the family?s reality TV show, House of Carters, back in 2006. It only lasted a season. There are five total Carter kids that appeared on the show, Aaron, Nick, Leslie, Angel and B.J. Leslie was also an aspiring singer who unfortunately found very little success. She had a debut album that was supposed to be released in 1999 but never saw the light of day. However her song ?Like Wow? was featured on the Shrek soundtrack in 2001.
Leslie may not have had huge success in her professional life but her personal life seemed to be flourishing just fine. She and husband Mike had been wed for three years and ten months ago they welcomed their daughter Alyssa Jane. My heart goes out to her whole family.
It seems so tragic that her life was cut way too short, especially since we don?t know the cause of death.
