Kris Humphries says nah! Not true!
According to sources close to him, he still loves Kim and he'd never sue her.
He IS worried about how bad he'll appear in the upcoming season but he understands it.
Yeah, we mean, he DID sign all that paperwork. Could he even win if he did sue???
